Approval is based primarily on the property’s equity, not the borrower’s credit score or income. Through outside capital sources, we connect investors with the funding needed to move quickly.


❓ Who do you work with? We work exclusively with real estate investors, including: Fix & Flip professionals, Buy & Hold landlords, Developers, Builders and Investors in special situations (NODs, BKs, etc.)


❓ What types of properties can be financed? Our capital sources provide funding for: Residential (non-owner-occupied), Multi-family, Mixed-use. Select commercial properties across California


❓ How fast can deals close? Depending on title, appraisal, and deal complexity, many transactions close within 3–10 days.


❓ Is income or credit verification required? No. Funding decisions are based on equity and exit strategy, not traditional underwriting. Investors with low credit, prior BKs, or no tax returns may still qualify.


❓ What loan positions are available? Capital sources can provide: 1st position loans, 2nd and 3rd position loans (case-by-case) Gap funding for stacked capital needs


❓ What are typical loan terms? Loan amounts: $50K to $5M+, Terms: 6–24 months, Interest-only payments
